Orders and delivery

Where is my order?

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. Orders typically arrive in two to four days. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, email us and we will chase it.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped yet, usually yes. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number.

I entered the wrong address.

Email us immediately with the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped we will help you sort it out with the carrier.

Subscriptions

How do I skip, pause or cancel?

Sign in to your account and open your subscriptions. You can skip a delivery, change the date, swap products, pause, or cancel outright. No fees, no minimum number of orders, no phone call required.

When am I charged?

On your delivery schedule, and we email you before each charge so nothing is a surprise.

Can I change how often it arrives?

Yes, at any time from your account. If your dog is getting through jars faster or slower than expected, adjust the interval rather than cancelling.

Returns and the guarantee

How does the 90-day guarantee work?

If a product does not work for your dog within 90 days of purchase, email us with your order number and tell us what happened. You do not need to send back a half-used jar.

My order arrived damaged.

Send us a photo and your order number. We will replace it.

Serving amounts and ingredients

Both are on each product page, under the serving guide and active ingredients sections. More detail on what each ingredient does is on the Ingredients page.

Health questions

If your dog has a diagnosed condition, is on medication, is pregnant or nursing, or is due for surgery, please speak to your veterinarian before starting a supplement. We can tell you what is in the jar; only they can tell you what is right for your dog.
