Tracking your delivery
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. The fastest route is to search your inbox for "Naturals Health" and open the shipping confirmation.
You can also see every order you have placed, along with its current status, by signing in to your account.
How long delivery takes

If tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can lag by a day, especially over weekends and holidays, so a quiet tracking page in the first 48 hours is usually nothing to worry about. If it has been longer than that, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
If your parcel is marked delivered but is not there
- Check any safe place, porch, or side gate the carrier commonly uses
- Ask neighbours, since carriers often leave parcels next door
- Wait until the end of the following day, as parcels are sometimes scanned early
Still missing? Email us and we will sort it out.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Send a photo along with your order number and we will replace it. You do not need to return the damaged item first.
