Giving the chews
How many chews does my dog need?
It depends on body weight. Every product page has a serving guide with the exact amounts. As a general shape: small dogs under 25 lb take one chew, medium dogs 25 to 75 lb take two, and large dogs over 75 lb take three.
When should I give them?
With a meal, usually breakfast. Food helps absorption of the fat-soluble ingredients, and tying it to something you already do every day makes it far more likely to actually happen.
My dog is suspicious of anything new. Will they eat it?
Most dogs take them straight from the hand like a treat. If yours is unconvinced, break the chew up over their food for the first few days. If they still refuse, the 90-day guarantee covers you.
How long until I see a difference?
Expect early changes around four to six weeks, and fuller results over three to six months of daily use. Joint and coat changes in particular take time, because you are waiting on tissue to respond.
Can I give more than one formula?
In most cases yes, but check the ingredient panels for overlap first, and if your dog is on medication, ask your vet before stacking supplements.
Suitability and safety
What age can they start?
Our formulas are intended for adult dogs. For puppies, check with your veterinarian first, since their nutritional needs are genuinely different.
My dog has a health condition or takes medication.
Talk to your veterinarian before starting, and bring the ingredient panel from the product page with you. This also applies if your dog is pregnant, nursing, or scheduled for surgery.
Are there allergens?
Full ingredient panels are on every product page. Formulas containing fish oil are worth flagging if your dog has a known fish sensitivity.
What if my dog eats a whole jar?
Contact your veterinarian or an animal poison control service straight away. These are food supplements rather than medicines, but a very large one-off dose is still worth a phone call.

How fast is shipping?
Orders typically arrive in two to four days. Shipping is free on all subscription orders.
What is the guarantee?
90 days. If it does not work for your dog, email us and we will make it right. You do not need to return a half-used jar.
How do I change or cancel a subscription?
Sign in to your account and open your subscriptions. You can skip, reschedule, swap products, pause, or cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum.
